Frequently Asked Questions:

How do you measure the product?

Product is usually measured by the length or longest part of the float body, not including pegs, sticks, wires, snaps, etc.

Can I mix colors?

Sorry. We're working under a special arrangement where most product is drop-shipped from the manufacturer. So, you must order product by color in the quantities listed.

Do I have to have a paypal account to order?

No, you do not. Paypal is the site's payment processor. Use any major credit card.

Do you charge sales tax?

Only if your shipping address is in Texas.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

Most residential shipments go USPS Priority Mail. UPS is used for express, commercial and all other shipments.
